Kathleen McAllen, Advisory Committee

Kathleen McAllen is a 30-year veteran in health care. She serves on the Executive Leadership Team at Visionary Enterprises Inc., a for-profit wholly-owned subsidiary of Community Health Network, focusing on strategic planning and project execution. The majority of Kathleen’s career was spent in hospital, ambulatory, and physician services operations.

Kathleen serves on numerous not-for-profit boards supporting her passions of health care, disability advocacy with a particular focus on autism, and women leadership development.  In addition to her involvement with The Foundation for Complex Healthcare Solutions, her other professional associations and community service leadership roles include: Indiana University Fairbanks School of Public Health Adjunct Faculty, Alumni Committee Chair, Indiana University Alumni Association Executive Committee, The Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series, 2014-2015 Class,The Arc of Indiana Board of Directors, Health & Wellness Chair,Executive Women in Health Care Board of Directors, Treasurer, Integrating Women Leaders Board of Directors, Senior Director of Strategic Planning, Past Program Chair,American College of Healthcare Executives, Indiana Health Executives Network.

Certified as a Professional Project Manager with extensive training in Lean Six Sigma, Kathleen holds a Master of Health Administration from Indiana University.
